Learning To Network

Networking....are you kidding me!
Three years ago you could not have gotten me into Network Marketing.  I would have told you know way and run...run...run!  Then I began wondering what these big shots and really successful businessmen and women are doing in business.  I got into reading a book by Robert Kiyosaki and Donald Trump.  Kiyosaki...who?  Trump, okay who doesn't know that name? Got to reading Rich Dad Poor Dad and met Kim Kiyosaki and all of these folks promoted Network Marketing.  Then I was scratching my head trying to figure out what company to work with out of thousands available and been burned after been down that road before.  I knew only a few make it in Network Marketing and I could not afford to be a part of the majority of  what I knew to be a scam.  I could not afford to be a part of a scam and money was tight and no way could I afford to throw money away.  I began looking for a mentor.  I don't have a rich dad nor know anyone rich or really successful financially.  I just wanted to have a business and work for myself, besides it was entrepreneurs who founded our country and those who own businesses are really enjoying freedom.  I fought for freedom and I wanted to be able to enjoy it. 

Boy did I not understand the industry and I wasn't stupid about it either from personal experiences.  Here are some key points to help in deciding on finding a great company to build your business.

Key #1 Get a mentor that a proven track record of success and has INTEGRITY!

Key #2 Don't pay for training.  Training should be part of the company.  If you do pay for training it should be from someone who had been there and done that and is teaching you exactly what they did to get where they are and not some program they designed to make a profit on top of their business they have you building for yourself.

Key# 3  Do your due diligence to know the facts about the founders of the company.  Determine it is something going to be around for a while and has a great track record.  The company needs to have Integrity.

Key#4 Have a third party reference to the company and don't trust Google searches.  The company of integrity will have a third party reference and be proud to share that with you as a rating of the companies products or services.

Key#5 The company must be affordable and not cost an arm and leg to get started.  Franchises cost a lot of money to start.  Network Marketing is very affordable.  

Key#6 Stay away from binary plans. Look for Matrix (newest and best pay plan) and Uni-level pay plans. 


Key#7 Real residual income.  Not some recruiting thing saying it is residual income.  Otherwise you become part of the NFL club - No Friends Left.

These are a few points I wanted to share tonight for the sole reason I have realized most people don't really know what to look for in a company and I have done my research.  Most of the people I have run into are afraid of getting scammed because they have heard enough of Network Marketing done wrong or been done wrong.  Network Marketing is really a relationship building business and personal development designed to help people take control of their lives and live the lifestyle they desire.  When done right it is a WIN WIN business system.   Okay I had to get that out there and let you know what I have learned and having so much fun doing these days!  I love helping people reach their dreams and seeing them happy! God did not give us dreams with no means to reach them.  May you have a wonderful day and believe these key points will benefit you....look it cost you nothing!

Exciting Times

Not every day you get a break-through!
I haven't blogged lately since business has been booming!  

Question: 

- If you could have been the first on board when Coca Cola hit the market, what would that have done for your finances?

- If you could have been on board when Microsoft hit the market, how would that have changed your current situation? 


- If you could have won the lottery how would that have changed things for you?

Chance to meet:

- What if you had the chance to meet Bill Gates and learn first-hand about business?

- What if you had the chance to meet Charles Schwab to learn first-hand about investing?

- What if you had the chance to meet Robert Kiyosaki and learn from him?

- 

Reality:
-  Most people get their advice from people who never have gotten much farther than where they are currently in life.  Take chances on the lottery and spend their last two dollars hoping to make it big to cover their debt.

- Most people have dreams, but settle on less to match their income. 

- Most people are afraid of going after their dreams because it requires making a choice to pursue their dream and settle on accepting where they are and suck it up.

- Most people will hear about Christ and only a few will make it to Heaven.

- Most successful people find someone where they want to be and learn from them and take action to get there.

- Most successful people have a faith system in place and know that God willing they will be able to prosper.  Look at Proverbs 16:3  "Commit to the Lord whatever you do and your plans will succeed." 

I am different and have taken action.  If I can do it what is stopping YOU?

What is my drive - my WHY?

I have two cars that have high mileage and need of repair.  My wife needs surgery soon.  Our boy needs heart surgery we found out this week.  What does all of this spell?  MONEY.  Money doesn't make you happy, but is a necessity to improve our lives and the lives of others. 

I am not rich monetarily; however, I have made friends with some of the most successful men in the United States to learn from them.  I personally called them on the phone and contacted them through the internet to pick their brains.  Two of them have taken me under their wing and are teaching me to help teach others.   I have found a way to break free and get what I need, but I have to help you in your time of need to see the way to your freedom too.  I have to focus on others and not focus on my own needs.  Sounds like something out of the Bible.  What these guys study the Bible and they have prospered on so many levels?  What is it that they are doing that we don't do?  I KNOW!!  One hint: Put God first!  Second hint: Tithe!  Third hint: Help others!

Let me help you see a way to have more time with your family and make additional income so money is no longer an issue for you and your family.  

In one day I invested $1,500 dollars and in return that week I got it back plus $250.  Now I can do the same thing this week just helping others do the same and I will get $4,000 in return on a monthly investment of $100.  I keep doing this every week/day and teach others to do the same the pot adds up.  The $1,500 was a one-time deposit and got it back already plus some!  What I am doing from now on I will have a yearly income of $200,000 minimum.  I only have 10 people I can bring on board in this early phase of the company.  I have 5 slots left.

Thank you Lord for hearing my prayers and blessing me with two friends who have all the money they need, but are doing this business to help all those less fortunate.  They are not snobs that like to take their time on golf courses and live like rich people.  They are role models of people struggling and making a successful life and helping others to do what they have done.  We talk daily on the phone and through the internet.  It is really awesome how God uses people to do great things!

Exciting News

I am so excited and God answers prayer!
What is the BIG news? This week I had a huge decision to make and of course it was not done alone.  My wife and I made the decision and made God the center of it!  We have been praying for a break-through and we actually got it this week.  The hard part was having to let go of my previous business and go with another company.  I followed the lead of my two best friends who are both the top leaders in this new company. This new company has been very successful in North America for eight years, with #1 ratings in the industry.  We are bringing the business to America and on a whole new platform!

What does this mean for you?

Reaching Out

What are you tired of?

1. Working to get more money?
2. Not having enough time with family and friends or taking vacation?

What am I tired of?

1. Going to work and hearing Rolling Stones play in my head..."I Can't Get No Satisfaction"!
2. Having a promotion I worked for and taken years of work and schooling to be done away with due to politics and find myself in a dead end job.  Yep, got three year to retire and now policies change to try and kick me out, because I broke my wrist at work to get medically boarded.  
3.  Realizing my retirement is not enough to support my family and medical benefits are decreasing and costing more out of my pocket.
4. Seeing my retired parents work all of their life to own nothing as their health is not improving.
5. We make more products that hurt our environment and health.
6. All the negative news of people wanting the government to fix our problems.

What is there to be excited about?

1. A way to be financially free!
2. A way to leverage my time for dollars!
3. A way to make my money grow and set up an inheritance for my children, something my parents and grandparents were not able to do and I had to/will have to inherit their debt.  Not my kiddos!
4. When the church needs money to build,  a child needs help, a family needs assistance, the Boy Scouts needs assistance, or a friend wants to start a business I can answer the call.
5.  The people I am friends with are helping so many people every day.  This team has helped people in areas declared starvation areas.  The business has helped over 200 families earn residual income of six figures.  This business has helped 90 families reach one million dollar incomes in the past 10 years.  Most have seen success at this level in two to three years of building a business with our team.
6. I am living healthier and the disease I was diagnosed with no longer exists and I can eat anything without an issue.  My wrist healed in two months earlier and no surgery required on the nerve or tendons.  That medical review board has been canceled! 
7. God is Awesome all the time!  In the Bible it states: God will prosper us!  I am paraphrasing here.  I love working my business and hearing people's testimony of what great things God has done to bless them and led them to do for others!  By the way when God increases your finances be sure to give your 10% to the church.
8. I am able to reach out and help so many people so they can be successful too!  It is not about me as it is about what I can do to help others. What a great feeling!

Job Sight

 

 When focusing your sights what do you focus on? You focus on the JOB the TARGET!  Well, if you are not use to focusing your sights on a target that would be a common mistake made.  You focus on your sights first and line them up with your target.  The target is actually blurry compared to the clearness of your focus on your sights.  If you have this sight picture then you have proper target acquisition.  In other words: Does your sights line up with your target? If you focus on the target, in this case the job, and not on your front sight/cross-hairs you will not hit the target like you planned.  Sure your shot will go down range, but where will it actually hit?

I have lined up some examples for you to look over and evaluate their sight picture.  What was their focus and are they able to hit their target? Which one seems most like yours? 

Word this week on the street about jobs:

Figured I would take a field test on the job market.  This is what I have witnessed this week. 

 1) A Coca~Cola driver, Nathan, stated he was needing to find a new job.  His company was cutting everyone's salary back to $25,000 annually and increasing his route to service 15 more customers.  Instead of getting off at 3:30 PM, he is now getting off work at 7:30 PM, for 12 hours, five days a week.  On top of that he was having to sell raffle tickets along his route.  He was 28 YOA and is waiting on being selected for the next Police Academy.  Eight years of hard work to get his pay cut in half and to work a lot harder.  It was time for him to move on to something else.

2) Next I spoke with a fuel truck driver, Timothy, and when I approached him he received a phone call for a job offer with a freight trucking company.  He was excited! The 55 YOA man was selected to have an interview the next day to be paid $35.00 an hour and $.49 per mile he drove working 12 hours a day and only a four minute away from his house.  He currently was getting work for three days a week  to ship fuel and having to travel 35 miles to work. 

3) John is retiring next month with 24 years of military service, and struggling to get a job offer.  Then yesterday got a job offer for a federal job in Alaska.  It is the only offer he has with his experience and education, after looking for the past five months for his next career.

4) Paul retired from his third job at 72 YOA, and figures he is ready to retire and has everything paid off with three retirement checks coming in.  He is on his third marriage too!

5) Get this!  There are seven federal employees I know who have to the end of the month to pass a physical fitness test that just came out this year, as a requirement for them to keep their jobs.  They are 50-62 YOA, and have some health problems and are hard workers.  The men are facing not having a retirement or forced to retire early.

6) A 27 YOA young man, Matthew, works from home and owns two houses, and makes over six figures a month.  A business owner since he was 21 and is debt free.  Helps people to do what he does to leverage their time for money.
